The aim is to shift both  individual and societal focus towards “living well” and raise awareness about the importance  of wellness.

• Sound Healing: Utilizing instruments, music, tones, and vibrations, sound healing aims  to balance and heal the body, mind, and soul. This practice creates an atmosphere  that encourages inner rest, re-balances the nervous system, and facilitates emotional  release. Sound healing works directly on the energy and chakras of the body,  enhancing the body's natural healing abilities. 

• Breathwork for Emotional Release: Engaging in breathwork provides a powerful  method for navigating and releasing pent-up emotions. Deep and intentional breathing techniques help individuals connect with and process their emotions,  

promoting emotional liberation and relief. Incorporating breathwork into a routine is  a practical tool for managing stress and enhancing emotional well-being. • Getting into a Meditative State: Meditation promotes deep relaxation and reduces  stress by calming the nervous system. This mental stillness enhances focus and  concentration, leading to improved cognitive function and mental clarity. Regular  meditation practice is associated with long-term benefits, including increased  emotional well-being, heightened self-awareness, and a greater sense of inner peace. 

The sessions will be led by Mr. Aga Salim, a certified Level 3 Singing Bowl Therapist awarded  by Singing Bowl Indonesia, and a spiritual life coach awarded by Rex Journey. He has also  completed the Quantum Trauma & Emotional Healing workshop held by Suluh Dunia Adiguna.
