The Langham, Jakarta is delighted to join the global celebration of Negroni Week 2025, raising a glass to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails with a series of inspired creations across its restaurants and bars. From 22 to 28 September, guests are invited to savour imaginative twists on the classic Negroni, each thoughtfully crafted by our talented bartenders to reflect the distinct character of every venue.
At Artesian, the world-renowned cocktail bar, the Cacao & Orange takes centre stage — a velvety blend of Bali cacao nibs gin, vanilla orange cordial, and cacao cream distillate, layered with Campari and citrus for a rich, modern indulgence.

At Tom’s by Tom Aikens, the Banana & Cacao delivers a bold reinterpretation with bourbon, banana liqueur, vermouth, and Campari, served in an Old Fashioned glass for a refined yet playful sip.

At Alice by Tom Aikens, the Berries & Pomelo offers a lighter, fruit-forward interpretation, combining pomelo strawberry gin and blackberry vermouth with Campari in a refreshingly vibrant pour.

Meanwhile, at Morimoto Jakarta, the Kaffir Lime Americano brings a bright and zesty note, fusing kaffir lime soda with vermouth and Campari — a refreshing aperitivo perfect for Jakarta’s evenings.

“The Negroni is timeless, but it also invites creativity,” says Alexander Poindl, General Manager of The Langham, Jakarta. “Our bartenders have reimagined it with local touches, seasonal ingredients, and the distinct spirit of each outlet — making this celebration both global and uniquely ours.”
