Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta Celebrates Negroni Week at Nautilus Bar

Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta invites cocktail lovers to raise a glass to Negroni Week 2025 at Nautilus Bar, where Bar Manager Julian Briggite presents a creative twist on the timeless classic. Available throughout September, the special menu unfolds in two chapters:

From 1–22 September, guests can sip on three aperitif-style cocktails (Red Tide, Panda-Moonium, and Cinful Sip)
From 23–30 September, the spotlight shifts to inventive creations (Mezcalita Bonita, Coco-Locooo, Sakura Tini) alongside collaborative cocktails from other Four Seasons bars( Ash & Gold and Mix Fruit Negroni)

As part of the global 13th anniversary of Negroni Week, Nautilus will donate a portion of Negroni sales to Slow Food, a worldwide movement supporting biodiversity, food education, and local communities across 160+ countries.
