As the new government settles into the New Year, AmCham will host its first HR Committee Meeting of the year, focusing on the outlook for Indonesia’s labor sector in 2025. This kick-off meeting will cover the Ministry of Manpower’s top priorities for 2025, recent developments related to the Constitutional Court (MK) ruling on Law 6/2023 and its impact on the labor sector outlook, and updates on foreign worker permits (RPTKA).

Please note that the session will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
