Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Jakarta introduces a series  of Seasonal Foodprint, a new culinary series celebrating diverse gastronomic  perspectives. The series debuts with the first chapter of Chef at The Pass,  featuring special guest chef Wiem Kahyang Isha this May. 

 

On 16 and 17 May 2026, Chef Wiem will bring his bold interpretation of modern  Asian cuisine to Seasonal Tastes, such as Laksa Dumpling, Fried Duck with Thai  Red Curry, Black Ink Fried Rice and many more. For the rest of the month, his  creations will continue to be featured every Saturday and Sunday Brunch,  available at IDR 728,000++ per person. 

 

Known for his appearance as a guest chef on MasterChef Indonesia and as the  Chef-Owner of Brother Chang Asia in Bandung, Chef Wiem brings a dynamic  culinary journey shaped by his experiences across Indonesia and Singapore,  including his contribution to the prestigious ASEAN Summit. 

 

As part of the Seasonal Foodprintseries, guests can also indulge in the Chef’s Pick,  a concept curated by The Westin Jakarta’s in-house chefs, showcasing seasonal  ingredients and creative inspirations. The first edition will highlight Seafood Nightavailable throughout May and June 2026. Guests can enjoy fresh seafood  on ice alongside a selection of à la minute specialties, served every Wednesday  dinner at IDR 628,000++ per person.

 

Seasonal Tastes is an all-day dining that features 360-degree views of Jakarta and  a diverse selection of seven different live cooking stations, drawing influences  from Western, Indian and Asian cuisines. Located on the
