Valentine’s Day Dinner at ALTO

On 14 February 2026, ALTO Restaurant & Bar sets the stage for an intimate evening high above the city. Chef Riccardo Pellino presents an all-new six-course Italian menu, crafted to balance elegance, comfort, and indulgence.

The experience begins with a complimentary cocktail or mocktail, followed by a progressive menu that includes Wagyu beef tartare in a delicate tartelette, Hokkaido scallops with saffron and limoncello sabayon, a 64°C egg with black truffle, homemade king crab tagliolini, and Mulwarra prime beef tenderloin with black peppercorn jus. Dessert, Due Cuori, un Solo Cuscino, brings the journey to a poetic close with smoked black tea, chocolate, and hazelnut.

Couples will depart with La Pâtisserie’s signature bon bons and a professionally framed photograph, preserving the evening as a keepsake.

Celebration Cakes at La Pâtisserie

La Pâtisserie introduces limited-edition Valentine’s celebration cakes, available by pre-order. The highlight, The Midnight Match, is a contemporary interpretation of the Strawberry Cheesecake Daifuku, combining coconut sablé, handcrafted strawberry mochi, fresh strawberry compote, lemon butter cake, and cheesecake cream, finished with a playful edible Tic-Tac-Toe board.

Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito presents a curated Valentine Gift Box featuring handcrafted chocolate bon bons infused with Dammann teas, paired with a cocktail or mocktail created in collaboration with Bar Manager Julian Brigget. Flavours range from smoky lapsang and banana to jasmine, yuzu, and rose-forward blends.
