
Tom’s by Tom Aikens at The Langham, Jakarta invites guests to an elegant celebration of South American gastronomy with Noche Argentina, a refined dining experience honouring the rich culinary heritage of Argentina. Curated by Chef Diego, this immersive showcase brings together time-honoured flavours, premium cuts, and thoughtfully selected Argentinian wines, all set against the sweeping skyline views from Level 62 of The Langham, Jakarta.
Available from 23 January to 17 February 2026, Noche Argentina is a limited-time culinary journey that highlights the warmth, depth, and bold character synonymous with Argentinian cuisine. The opening evenings on 23 and 24 January offer an enhanced experience featuring curated wine pairings, while from 25 January onwards, the journey continues as a refined set-menu dinner, allowing guests to experience the cuisine in its purest and most focused expression.
The evening begins with a selection of à la carte Argentinian snacks, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the soul of the country’s comfort food. Highlights include Beef Empanadas inspired by Chef Diego’s grandmother’s recipe, featuring Malbec-reduced beef with herbs and lemon; Choripán, the classic grilled beef chorizo served in a crusty baguette with criolla sauce; and Argentinian Chipa, crisp cheese puffs complemented by honey mustard. Each dish balances tradition and technique, elevating familiar flavours through refined execution.
At the heart of Noche Argentina is a premium Argentinian Wine Package, showcasing Wagyu cuts prepared over open flame. Highlights include Wagyu Picana (200g) paired with two glasses of Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec 2022; Wagyu Bife de Chorizo (500g) served with four glasses of the same vintage; and a generous Wagyu Bife Ancho con Hueso (1kg), accompanied by a full bottle of Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec 2022. These exclusive pairings are available only during the wine-pairing dates.

The opening of Noche Argentina will be further distinguished by the attendance of His Excellency Gustavo Ricardo Coppa, Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to Indonesia, underscoring the cultural significance of the occasion and reinforcing the authenticity of the culinary narrative presented.
