This July, Shangri-La Jakarta invites guests to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey across its renowned dining destinations. From the refined artistry of Japanese  cuisine and comforting Chinese specialities to authentic Italian flavours and indulgent  international buffets, each restaurant delivers unique experiences crafted to suit any occasion. 

Japanese Culinary Excellence at Nishimura 

Guests can experience the elegance of Japanese dining with The Art of Kaiseki, thoughtfully  crafted by Chef Yuuri Saito. This exquisite multi-course menu showcases the essence of seasonal  ingredients, meticulous preparation and the delicate balance of traditional Japanese flavours. 

Guests may enjoy a six-course lunch menu at IDR 850,000++ per person or a nine-course dinner  menu at IDR 1,500,000++ per person. 

For a satisfying midday meal, Nishimura also presents its Bento Signature selection, featuring  authentic Japanese favourites prepared with premium ingredients. Available options include  Wafu Hamburger Bento, Nori Bento, Beef Yakiniku Bento, Sushi Bento and Fish Nanban Bento,  available during lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm at IDR 170,000++ per set. 

Completing the Japanese dining experience, All-You-Can-Eat Teppanyaki invites guests to  savour unlimited servings of sushi, sashimi, premium beef, seafood and desserts. Available every  Saturday for lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm at IDR 558,000++ per person. 

Authentic Italian Flavours at Rosso 

Rosso presents a delightful weekday dining experience with its Antipasti Buffet, featuring a  tempting selection of Italian appetisers complemented by the chef’s main course of the day.  Available Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2.30pm and priced starting from IDR 250,000++ 

per person, with an option to add one main course for IDR 100,000++ and free-flow beverages  for IDR 250,000++. 

On Sundays, guests can gather with family and friends for the Italian Delights Sunday Brunch,  featuring an array of Italian favourites including cold cuts, pizzas, soups, tiramisu and carving  meats. Available every Sunday from 11.30am to 2.30pm at IDR 628,000++ per person. 

Exclusively throughout July, Rosso also presents Burrata of Cheese, a refreshing combination of  creamy burrata, fresh rocket salad, heirloom tomatoes and crispy carasau bread, available at  IDR 215,000++. 

Special Indulgence at JIA 

At JIA, guests can enjoy Hotpot Indulgence, a flavourful hotpot experience featuring four broth  selections, alongside premium meats, live seafood, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, dumplings,  noodles and more. Prices start from IDR 68,000++. 

For unlimited dining, JIA's popular AYCE Lunch offers a wide selection of authentic Chinese  dishes, including appetisers, dim sum, congee, soups, main courses, noodles, rice and desserts.  Available at IDR 398,000++ on weekdays and IDR 428,000++ on weekends. 

Sunday Brunch and Seafood Night at SATOO 

SATOO invites guests to enjoy a vibrant Sunday Brunch, showcasing the rich flavours of  Indonesian, Asian and international cuisines. Available every Sunday from 12 noon to 3pm at  IDR 628,000++ per person. 

Seafood lovers can look forward to Seafood Night, an all-you-can-eat dinner experience  featuring the freshest catch of the day. Highlights include Seafood Thermidor, sashimi, baked  scallops, poached crab and an extensive selection of fresh seafood. Available every Friday from 6  to 10pm at IDR 628,000++ per person.
