This July, Shangri-La Jakarta invites guests to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey across its renowned dining destinations. From the refined artistry of Japanese cuisine and comforting Chinese specialities to authentic Italian flavours and indulgent international buffets, each restaurant delivers unique experiences crafted to suit any occasion.
Japanese Culinary Excellence at Nishimura
Guests can experience the elegance of Japanese dining with The Art of Kaiseki, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Yuuri Saito. This exquisite multi-course menu showcases the essence of seasonal ingredients, meticulous preparation and the delicate balance of traditional Japanese flavours.
Guests may enjoy a six-course lunch menu at IDR 850,000++ per person or a nine-course dinner menu at IDR 1,500,000++ per person.
For a satisfying midday meal, Nishimura also presents its Bento Signature selection, featuring authentic Japanese favourites prepared with premium ingredients. Available options include Wafu Hamburger Bento, Nori Bento, Beef Yakiniku Bento, Sushi Bento and Fish Nanban Bento, available during lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm at IDR 170,000++ per set.

Rosso presents a delightful weekday dining experience with its Antipasti Buffet, featuring a tempting selection of Italian appetisers complemented by the chef’s main course of the day. Available Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2.30pm and priced starting from IDR 250,000++
