From 1 to 28 February 2026, Li Lian 丽莲 presents a specially curated Chinese New Year offering that celebrates togetherness, tradition, and the joy of sharing.

Guests may choose from two set menu options, each thoughtfully composed to reflect prosperity and abundance, starting from IDR 1,688,000++ per person. The celebration begins with the classic Prosperity Tossed Salmon Yee Sang, a symbolic start to the New Year, enjoyed as a shared moment at the table. Alongside the set menus, guests may also explore a dedicated à la carte selection and a special Chinese New Year cocktail menu, available throughout the festive period.

Helmed by Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik, Li Lian 丽莲 presents refined Cantonese cuisine rooted in tradition, guided by over two decades of culinary experience at leading luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Li Lian 丽莲 highlights some special menu include 新春海味鲍鱼盘财 Fatt Choi Poon Choi, a luxurious assortment of premium seafood and delicacies; 发财蚝士海参冬菇西兰花, featuring braised sea cucumber, dry oyster, shiitake mushroom, and broccoli in superior oyster sauce; and 清蒸老虎斑, steamed tiger grouper prepared in superior oyster sauce Hong Kong style. Other festive specialties include 蟹肉腊味蒸米糕, steamed glutinous rice with Kalimantan mangrove crab and Chinese pork sausage, finished with fragrant scallion oil, as well as 烧椒酱爆炒日本和牛柳, wok fried M8 Wagyu beef with green pepper and roasted green chili paste.
