As the Holy Month begins, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta embraces the season with meaningful experiences crafted to inspire reflection and connection. From soulful Iftar gatherings to meaningful gifting traditions curated by our Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, this year brings beautiful new ways to break the fast, whether high above the city at Alto Restaurant & Bar or beneath the elegant Diwan Al Samar tent at Palm Court.
Tavola Di Iftar
This year’s highlight is a first experience of breaking your fast at Alto, its acclaimed rooftop Italian dining destination, a penthouse-style venue featuring a terrace and bold red interiors on the 20th floor.
Chef Riccardo presents a generous Italian–Mediterranean Iftar, served family-style with flavors ranging from Chef’s selection. Guests can enjoy a continuous lavish table spread, beginning with a curated selection of starters such as homemade breads and Focaccia, Burrata Cheese, homemade Giardiniera, Mushroom Arancini, and a Mediterranean Mezze platter. Continues with an array of savory dishes and mains, including Spaghetti Prawn Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, Italian Tomato Meatloaf, Mediterranean Barramundi, and Shawarma Rolls.
The evening concludes with a delightful finale crafted by Chef Lorenzo, featuring Earl Grey Tiramisu, Mango Sago, Strawberry Baba, Lapis Legit, Chocolate & Raspberry Choux, and many more sweet creations.
