This Ramadan, Vong Kitchen offers an exclusive à la carte Iftar promotion, “Spirit of Sharing,” with menu selections starting from IDR 158,000++. Experience the culinary mastery from Wayan by Cédric Vongerichten in New York City, as you indulge in a collaborative creation that embodies the spirit of sharing and togetherness.

Delight in the following delectable offerings at Vong Kitchen in collaboration with Wayan New York. The first curated selections including of Vegetable Thai Salad with mesclun, vegetable spring roll and Thai chili dressings, Hamachi Tartare served with acar, black rice, sambal hijau, Warm Blue Crab Dip served with fontina cheese, pink peppercorn, nori crackers. The main courses, which will be perfect for sharing, are Ikan Bakar with broccolini, garlic-lemon, sambal tomat and Lamb Shank Gulai with roti canai, green tomato, sambal merah. Before all that, guests may order Es Pisang Hijau first as the takjil, and Almond Chocolate Cake to top off. These harmonious menu options are available from March 12th until 24th.

As the second cycle, Pandan Custard with fresh passionfruit seeds and Coconut Crepes with pandan and coconut ice cream will be available on March 25th until April 5th.
