The Lights of Ramadan at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta
From the iftar spread at Cinnamon Restaurant to handcrafted hampers, a pair of cakes made specifically for the occasion, the quiet ritual of in-room suhoor, and a dedicated Eid holiday package, every element has been designed around one idea: that Ramadan deserves to be celebrated exceptionally.
RAMADAN IFTAR BUFFET AT CINNAMON
The Ramadan Iftar Buffet presents a lavish spread of Arabic and Indonesian-style cuisine, offering guests an immersive journey through the culinary traditions that define the season. The atmosphere is elevated further by the lilting rhythms of live Gambush music, weaving an evocative backdrop that speaks to the soul of Ramadan.
Dates: 23 February – 18 March 2026, Monday to Saturday
Hours: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Adult: IDR 688,000++
Child (ages 6–12): IDR 344,000++
The mezze bar sets the tone — hummus, baba ghanoush, muhammara, cheese raqaq, and freshly made pita — before the evening opens into a charcoal station of Arabic and Indonesian grills, a tagine counter, and the carvery at its centre: Lamb Mandi slow-cooked with saffron rice, and the hotel's signature Daging Bakar Maranggi. Soups, a full takjil spread, seafood on ice and sushi bar, and a dessert corner running from Umm Ali and Qatayef to Dadar Gulung Roll, Cajuput Honey Panna Cotta, and a Gerobak Es station round out a spread that leaves little reason to leave early.

RAMADAN HAMPERS
Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta presents two collections of Ramadan Hampers:
1. Noor (IDR 1,599,000 net) is the more complete expression of the two — a deep teal keepsake box with crescent and star motifs, holding MO Nastar, Kastengel, Spicy Roasted Cashew Nuts, Almond Coconut Cookies, Rainforest Honey, Jasmine Tea, and an exclusive scarf.
2. Noura (IDR 988,000 net) arrives in an ivory box with gold detailing, presenting four of the hotel's finest biscuits and cookies.
Both collections are available from 2 February through 20 March 2026.
CAKES OF THE MONTH
Two cakes made for the Holy Month, each priced and crafted to sit on a Ramadan table with ease. The Lapis Legit Kurma, priced at IDR 988,000 net, is the hotel's take on a Ramadan classic — the familiar layered spice cake enriched with dates, fragrant and naturally sweet. The Green Pistachio Cake, priced at IDR 888,000 net, takes a different direction: smooth pistachio cream with a light strawberry layer, for those who want something a little less expected.

RAMADAN STAY
For guests staying at the hotel during Ramadan, the season extends into the early hours. The Ramadan Stay package — a Bed & Breakfast offer valid throughout the Holy Month — includes in-room suhoor for two, delivered before dawn and eaten in the quiet of the room before the fast begins. Available throughout Ramadan 2026.
