This mid-June 2026, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta unveils a new chapter of its signature afternoon  tea experience with Un Pomeriggio a Positano. Created by Italian duo Lorenzo Sollecito and Riccardo  Pellino, and inspired by their cherished culinary memories from home, the collection reimagines  traditional afternoon tea through the vibrant spirit of Italy’s Amalfi Coast. The experience brings  together playful sweet and savory creations infused with Mediterranean flavors, sun-drenched  colors, and the effortless charm of la dolce vita.  

Extending beyond the menu, La Pâtisserie is transformed to reflect the timeless allure of the Amalfi  Coast. Vibrant lemon displays, artisanal ceramics, and hand-painted tiles in brilliant blues, yellows,  and greens evoke the region’s coastal aesthetic, creating a setting that captures the warmth and  ease of a summer afternoon in Positano. 

Savoury highlights by Chef Riccardo include Carpaccio di Capesante, featuring Hokkaido scallop with  lemon gel; Cannolo di Parmigiana, a crisp cannolo filled with eggplant parmigiana purée and hazelnut;  Spaghetti al Gambero, delicately wrapped king prawn mousse; and Tartelletta Caprese with mozzarella  and tomato concassé. 

On the sweeter side, Chef Lorenzo presents creations such as Limone, Limone e Limone, combining  lemon white chocolate mousse, lemon gel, and lemon-vanilla cake; Babà Fragola e Basilico, a  Neapolitan babà with mascarpone Chantilly and strawberry compote; and Baci di Dama, a classic  hazelnut cookie with dark chocolate filling. 

Breaking away from the conventions of a traditional British afternoon tea, Un Pomeriggio a Positano presents a refreshing Italian perspective on the ritual. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, it transforms  the experience into something more vibrant, expressive, and immersive, an elegant escape that  captures the spirit of Positano and redefines afternoon tea as a joyful celebration of Italian lifestyle  and flavor.
