Authentic Thai culinary journey featuring Chef Theerapat Suksatu from The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok

In collaboration with The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, The Westin Jakarta brings in Chef Theerapat Suksatu to present authentic Thai recipes at Seasonal Tastes throughout the month of April 2025.

Available for dinner, Seasonal Tastesfeatures a selection of Thai dishes which are known for its rich flavors and spices, such as: Larb Gai, spicy minced chicken salad; Tom Yum Goong, spicy and sour prawns soup with lemongrass and mushroom; Gaeng Massaman Neua or Massaman beef curry with coconut milk, and Khao Phad Pla Krob, which is fried rice with crispy fish, garlic chili and hot basil, to name a few. This special collaboration is available for reservations at IDR 588,000++ per person on weekdays and IDR 658,000++ per person on weekends.

Chef Theerapat Suksatu, a Thai-born chef, currently work at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok as a Junior Sous Chef. Specializing in international and Thai cuisine, he has diverse culinary experience across Thailand and Australia in various institutions. In his spare time, Chef Theerapat loves to travel to broaden his knowledge in global cuisines and experiment with new cooking techniques.
