Among the distinguished guest chefs is Takayoshi Maeda, the chef and proprietor of NOGIZAKA CHOHJUAN restaurant in Japan. With over 31 years of expertise in preparing soba noodles and Japanese kaiseki cuisine, Takayoshi Maeda is celebrated for his culinary prowess. His mastery in crafting soba noodles and the popular Japanese kaiseki assures a dining experience that transcends expectations. 

In addition, we are delighted to welcome Chef Toru Arai, a renowned kaiseki specialist and the proprietor of Toki restaurant, to Nishimura. With over 31 years of culinary experience and an Associate of Arts degree, Chef Arai has left an indelible mark on the Japanese culinary scene. Formerly, Chef Arai served as the Japanese Master Chef at Hamadaya restaurant, garnering prestigious accolades, including Michelin awards, for his exceptional skills and dedication to traditional Japanese cuisine. His unwavering dedication to the culinary arts and his profound expertise in Japanese cooking promise to enchant diners at Nishimura.
