Feast on picanha steak, prime striploin bone-in, tenderloin, seven-day dry-aged Koji ribeye, wagyu beef sliders and Mulwarra lamb chop from the Live Stall.
From the Josper Grill guests can indulge in the scrumptious and sumptuous AUS Wagyu Sirloin MB 7, AUS Wagyu Ribeye MB 7, US Short Ribs flanken, Japanese Satsuma Gyu Rice Bowl, Truffle and Parmesan Wagyu Meatball, and AUS Lamb Short Loin.
