Dos Chicas, a collaboration of Henshin and Alquímico

A collaboration between Diana Matute from Henshin and Mishelle Vivanco Pedraza from Alquímico 

Henshin collaborates with Alquímico in featuring the convergence of two accomplished South American women: Mishelle Vivanco Pedraza, a mixologist from Alquímico, with Diana Matute, the food curator from Henshin. Together, they present unique pairing of five cocktails with Neo-South American anticuchos, which will be available at Henshin from 23 to 27 April 2024. 

Each pairing consists of a selection of special concoctions crafted by Mishelle, such as CURANDERO, AYÚ, PLAYBOY, REGRESAR and CAFETERO, with a choice of paired anticucho or bites by Chef Diana, such as Piña-Panca, Beef Amarillo Chimichurri, Hamachi Rocoto Ceviche, Chicken Teriyaki and Strawberry Dark Chocolate. The unique pairing experience is available for IDR 220,000++.

Mishelle is a native of Cartagena to Colombian parents, serves as a Mixologist at Alquímico, which is ranked #9 on The World’s Best 50 Bars and The Best Bar in South America 2023. Apart from her mixology expertise, she is a contemporary and ballet dancer with a passion for music and all rhythms, especially Latin and African. Mishelle has represented Colombia in the first edition of the 50 Best and The Blend Scholarship, achieving a top-20 global position and became a national finalist of a sustainability competition. 

She will be collaborating with Henshin’s very own Chef de Cuisine, Diana Matute. Originating from Peru, Chef Diana blends her childhood memories and Peruvian heritage into a delightful Nikkei culinary journey such as cebiches, tiraditos and many more. The highest dining and bar in town, Henshin has just recently awarded as one of Asia Top 80 Fine Dining restaurant in 2023.
