Cheers to Mother Earth with Locally Sourced Ingredients Cocktail at Bar on G In a nod to the hotel's commitment to environmental responsibility, Henry ‘Ale’ Maraben, the Head of Mixologist at Fairmont Jakarta have concocted a special libation that celebrates the flavors of Indonesia while championing eco-conscious practices.
Papua in Love cocktail is a delightful fusion of flavors inspired by the bountiful produce of Papua Island that can be enjoyed at Bar on G, Ground Floor. Fresh locally inspired ingredients take center stage in this innovative creation. It is a Wild Turkey Nutmeg from Fak-fak regency in West Papua, mixed with Mesoyi Wood, Campari and Shiraz – Mesoyi Reduction.
Guests can expect to savor the refreshing tang of evening cocktails, all expertly combined to create a harmonious and memorable drinking experience to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

From locally made gourmet jams and honey for breakfast, Danish pastry with fresh Strawberry from Bogor region, to home-made worldwide-famous traditional Indonesian herbal potion (jamu) station, locally inspired Afternoon Tea delights and delectable cakes for an evening cocktail. Combating Food Waste and Nourishing Communities
One of the hearts of Fairmont Jakarta’s sustainability efforts lies in its dedication to minimizing food waste through responsible practices. With the implementation of a food segregation system, the hotel ensures that surplus food is carefully sorted and repurposed, reducing the amount of organic waste.
This Earth Day, the Talent & Culture division of Fairmont Jakarta partners with Yayasan Emmanuel to conduct a food donation program to communities facing food insecurity. Fresh pastry and banquet food are collected and distributed to the community.
