The cultfavorite fries that launched at Brightspot are moving poolside for a limited summer residency

If you found us at Brightspot, you already know the deal: long lines, graband. go, and the aged fries selling out way too fast. You miss the fries? US TOO!

Now, right above ASHTA District 8, Fries Before Guys is officially back. We’re taking over Cabana by The Pool on the 9th floo of 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird for our temporary Social Club. A soulful, openr air rooftop pool that gives you a true “noti nJakarta” feeling: enough distance from the usual rush, while keeping you right in the middle of SCBD

Here’s what you can expect poolside: 

The Food 

Serious Fries: Fresh fries are great, but aged fries are the reason people come back. The process is complex, but you’ll tast e it: more texture, layered flavor, and a splash of umami you just can’t get from regular fries. Serious Sauces (& Protein Sides): We don’t do boring condiments. The sauces and sides are inspired by the flavors we’ve loved around the world, made to give your fries an upgrade.

The Drinks 

Soda & Spritz by Saka Gin: Available with or without alcohol. Light, bubbleforward drinks built for the outdoor breeze. Choose between Italian Lemonade, Cucumber & Lavender, or our HomemadE Cola 

The social club hangout 

A space for people who take their fries seriously and their style effortlessly. Come after work, or on the weekend. The space will keep evolving throughout the residency with special pop ups and hangouts, from kitchen takeovers with Lawless and Seafood Sup afternoon mahjong tables.

Location: Cabana by The Pool, 25hours hotel Jakarta - 9th floor.  Enter through ASHTA District 8, SCBD Open to the public, no need to be a hotel guest
