At the heart of the Christmas celebration is “A Sparkling Noël Evening”, an intimate dinner buffet themed Lumina Noël. Taking place on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, from 6–9 PM at Veranda Restaurant, guests are invited to dine under a canopy of lights while enjoying the Lumina Noël Signature Menu. The buffet features celestial-inspired dishes such as Northern Lights Pumpkin Soup, Galaxy Glazed Salmon, Winter Herb Roast Chicken, Celestial Beef Wellington, Roast Turkey with Starlight Cranberry Sauce, and an array of festive desserts, including Starlight Pavlova, Twilight Yule Log Cake, and a dramatic Eclipse Chocolate Fountain. 

Guests can enjoy special presale access, available exclusively from 1–8 December 2025, before we open it to the public at the regular rate.
