This new brunch offering promises an afternoon of indulgence where the art of barbecue meets five-star luxury in South Jakarta.


Befitting its name, Festa da Carne invites guests on a culinary journey of flavors, with highlights including juicy Picanha, Alcatra, and Cupim carved tableside in true churrasco style, Succulent Lamb and Beef Short Ribs served with Chimichurri Sauce, and Crispy Milanesas layered with Raclette Cheese. Guests can also savor specialties such as Peruvian Ceviche, Lobster Thermidor, Escargot with Herb Butter, and a variety of Fresh Salads and Baked Oysters.

The indulgence continues with a bountiful seafood and sushi bar — featuring salmon, tuna, unagi, lobster, crab, clams, and poached prawns — paired with Japanese Sashimi and Ramen.
