The experience then transitions into Flavours of Morocco from 23 February to 1 March, where warm spices and slow-cooked specialties take centre stage. From 2 to 8 March, guests are invited to experience The Saudi Nights, showcasing the bold and aromatic traditions of Saudi Arabian cuisine, before concluding with The Grand Turkish Iftar from 9 to 15 March, a celebration of rich Ottoman-inspired flavours and classic Turkish favourites.

1945 Restaurant
This Ramadan marks a new chapter for 1945 Restaurant with the introduction of Chef Yopi Tumeru as the new Chef de Cuisine, bringing nearly a decade of professional culinary experience and a renewed perspective to the restaurant’s celebration of Indonesian heritage. Under his direction, Fairmont Jakarta presents Ramadan Across the Indonesian Archipelago, a distinctive iftar journey that honours Indonesia’s rich culinary legacy through Chef Yopi’s new signature Ramadan menu rooted in authenticity, thoughtfully executed, and shaped by his passion for regional flavours, traditional techniques, and storytelling on the plate.
The journey begins with The Taste of Manado from 18 to 22 February, showcasing the bold and vibrant flavours of North Sulawesi, before moving into Javanese Heritage from 23 February to 1 March, where refined, comforting classics take centre stage. From 2 to 8 March, the experience continues with Padang Epicurean Feast, celebrating the depth and richness of West Sumatran cuisine, and concludes with Flavours of Bali & Lombok from 9 to 15 March, highlighting the balance of spice, aroma, and island traditions.
