Anigre Restaurant at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel invites guests to embark on a delectable journey through Jejak Kakao, a special weekend thematic brunch in collaboration with Pipiltin Cocoa, Indonesia’s most renowned artisanal chocolate producers. This indulgent experience celebrates the rich heritage and craftsmanship behind locally sourced single-origin chocolates.

Through this collaboration, Pipiltin Cocoa proudly introduces its latest award-winning creation — Raya Jembrana, a single-origin chocolate from Jembrana, Bali. Produced through sustainable and organic farming practices by local cooperatives, Jembrana cacao beans are internationally recognized for their exceptional quality and flavor, having earned the prestigious Cocoa of Excellence Silver Award 2023. Guests will also be introduced to Ransiki 72% Chocolate, crafted from cocoa beans grown on a 1,600-hectare plantation managed by the Cokran “Eiber Suth” Farmers Cooperative in Ransiki District, South Manokwari, West Papua.

During the Jejak Kakao brunch, guests can indulge in an array of creative cocoa-infused dishes, including the signature Cocoa-Beef Brisket — tender, slow-cooked beef coated with 72% Ransiki Chocolate, offering a perfect balance of smoky depth and subtle sweetness. The dining journey continues with an irresistible selection of Pipiltin Cocoa’s signature desserts such as Chocolate Soufflé, Pralines, Chocolate Lava Cake, and Pipiltin Papua 62% Chocolate Soft Serve, along with an unlimited Chocolate Fountain to complete the experience.

Available from 15 November to 31 December 2025, Jejak Kakao invites families and chocolate lovers to discover the authentic flavors of Indonesian cacao. The thematic brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday during lunch hours, priced from IDR 728,000++ per person.
