This dining journey features a rich selection of classic British and international dishes, carefully prepared by Tom’s talented chef under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens.

Highlights include Tom’s classic Beef Wellington, Salmon en Croûte, Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Risotto, as well as festive specials like Braised Lamb Shoulder and Scottish Egg. The brunch experience also features an Easter Carving Station serving OP Ribs, alongside a tableside salad trolley offering classic Caesar salads and delectable Easter-themed desserts. Starting at IDR 688,000++ per person, this Easter brunch combines gourmet indulgence with festive cheer.
