Tom’s Easter Brunch: A Feast Above the City
Ascend to the 62nd floor for Tom’s Easter Sunday Brunch, where culinary magic meets breathtaking skyline views. This dining journey features a rich selection of classic British and international dishes, carefully prepared by Tom’s talented chef under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens.
Guests will be spoiled for choice with an array of offerings, including various live cooking stations, tableside trolley service, and à la minute à la carte options. Highlights include Tom’s classic Beef Wellington, Salmon en Croûte, Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Risotto, as well as festive specials like Braised Lamb Shoulder and Scottish Egg. The brunch experience also features an Easter Carving Station serving OP Ribs, alongside a tableside salad trolley offering classic Caesar salads and delectable Easter-themed desserts. Starting at IDR 688,000++ per person, this Easter brunch combines gourmet indulgence with festive cheer.

To add a festive sparkle, guests can enjoy Tom’s Special Easter Cocktail Selection. The HOP-ping Bunny is a fruity and refreshing blend of prosecco and choco-berry soda, served with bunny and egg jelly in a champagne flute. Featured this year are the Easter Happy Bunny Whole Cake, A delightful pair of Easter special pastry crafted to capture the spirit of springtime indulgence, and an elegant Easter Praline, thoughtfully wrapped in nice packaging and adorned with classic French-style notes and ribbons—perfect as a sophisticated gift.
