Starting from IDR 748,000++ per person, the brunch promises an elegant dining experience that blends tradition with creativity. Interactive Eggs & Morning Classics feature scrambled eggs with chives on toast and eggs benedict with smoked salmon, while the Sushi & Sashimi selection offers tonkatsu roll, spicy gindara roll, vegetarian roll, and nigiri. The dining journey continues with crisp Tempura and a bountiful Catch of the Day including grilled and wok-fried prawns, clams, and premium fish, complemented by Asian Specialties ranging from XO fried rice, Hong Kong fried noodles, to salted egg chicken. The feast concludes with an enriched Teppanyaki experience featuring Black Angus ribeye with garlic butter and salmon with creamy shiso miso, capturing the vibrance of spring.
As part of the celebration, children will also enjoy a complimentary Kids’ Mocktail DIY station sponsored by Sun fresh, sparking creativity as they craft their own refreshing drinks.
