This Independence Day, COPA Restaurant at 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is putting Indonesia on a plate with a special Un-Odd Sunday Brunch: Merdeka Edition, taking place on Sunday, 16 August 2026.

For this special edition, COPA brings Indonesian favourites to the table with its signature Latin American touch. Think familiar flavours, festive dishes, and a few unexpected turns, all coming together for a Sunday brunch that feels local, but never quite as you might expect.

The menu features Grilled Barramundi with Woku Sauce, bringing the bold flavours of Manado to the grill, alongside an Ayam Geprek Sandwich with crispy fried chicken, Sambal Ijo Mayo, pickled shallot, tomato, and brioche. The Tuna Ceviche gets an Indonesian touch with Sambal Matah and ponzu sauce, while Paletas Latin Ice Cream rounds things off with a playful take on Indonesian flavours.

Alongside these highlights, guests can expect plenty more from the brunch spread, with dishes made for sharing and flavours that bring a little more Indonesia into the COPA experience.
