COPA Celebrates Chile Week at 25hours Hotel Jakarta

COPA at 25hours Hotel Jakarta is set to mark Chile’s Independence Day with two weeks of food, wine, and cultural flair. COPA partners with the Embassy of Chile to bring the flavours and soul of Chile to the heart of Jakarta bringing the vibrant flavors with Chilean cuisine until 21 September, culminating in an exclusive one-night-only 6-course dinner with Montes Alpha wines on 18 September.

Guests are invited to savour dishes crafted by Executive Chef Matias Mardones, paired with Montes Alpha wines. As one of Chile’s pioneering wineries, Montes Alpha has been credited with putting Chilean wine on the global map, admired for its bold character and harmony with nature. Together, the food and wine create a celebration that is both indulgent and deeply rooted in tradition.

Expect comforting pastel de choclo, hand-folded empanadas, smoky parrillada grills, anticucho skewers, and vibrant camarones al pil-pil throughout the week. The centrepiece of the programme is a one-night dinner designed to capture Chile in six plates and six glasses. Culminating this celebration of Chilean flavors is a special one-night dinner that brings the country’s culinary diversity to life in six carefully crafted courses.

Andes to COPA: A Chilean Feast, on Thursday, 18 September 2025 from 6 PM onwards, COPA Restaurant invites guests to experience a six-course culinary journey crafted by Chef Matias Mardones. Each dish captures the essence of Chile’s diverse landscapes, from the towering Andes to the Pacific coast, blending tradition and emotion in every bite. The experience is complemented with Montes Alpha wines and begins with a classic Pisco Sour, making it an evening that celebrates both flavor and story. Price: IDR 1,250,000++ per person.
