At the heart of the celebration, Jade River Chinese Restaurant presents two distinguished festive set menus crafted to honour the Lunar New Year with elegance and depth. The Jinbao Set, priced at IDR 889,000++ per person, features eight thoughtfully curated courses beginning with Prosperity Abalone and Salmon Yee Sang, followed by Double-Boiled Cordyceps with Sea Cucumber Soup, Steamed Fish Fillet with Jade River King Sauce, Braised Abalone F10 with Sea Cucumber, Lotus Leaf Wrapped Fried Rice with Chicken, and concluded with a refreshing Chilled Peach Gum dessert.
