Guests are invited to embark on a gastronomic journey that begins with delicate kobachi (cold starters) such as tamago yaki, edamame, and wakame sarada, followed by classic agemono favorites such as ebi tempura and karaage, as well as comforting miso soup and velvety chawanmushi.
The brunch continues with an array of yakimono (grilled dishes) including kanpachi shioyaki or teriyaki, gindara, tori shioyaki, and savory gyu teppanyaki. Sushi lovers will delight in an assortment of freshly rolled maki, California rolls, and sushi, while hot selections include traditional kake udon, flavorful una don, and vibrant chirashi don.
