The 1928 Sunday Brunch kicks off with the indulgence of Seafood Delight on Ice served in a bowl, followed by an all-you-can-eat selection of delectable starters. Patrons can savor offerings such as Lobster Bisque and Caesar Salad served in a Parmigiano Cheese wheel, an assortment of Freshly Sliced Cold Cuts, and a Delicate Cheese Station.
Gourmet enthusiasts are treated to a 5-course Degustation menu, beginning with Baked Lobster accompanied by Hollandaise Sauce, potato rosti, and rocket salad for a fresh and creamy flavor. The culinary journey continues with Herb-Crusted Salmon, served alongside Salmon Roe and Tomato Salad, offering a delightful second entrée. Before transitioning to the meat selections, Chef Tobing introduces a palate-cleansing Javanese Tamarind Sorbet.
