Focusing more on healthy and sustainable lifestyle commonly adopted by the current modern trend, the brunch menu provides a wide variety of sumptuous delights to indulge in.
Blue Terrace’s Weekend Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm serving a set or a la carte options. The weekend brunch set is available at IDR 388.000 ++ per person with an array of menu to be chosen. From freshly baked bakeries and pastries, cheese platter, salmon or cold cut platter served family style, then followed with delectable options of savouries from the Brunchy Corner such as The Blue Terrace Omelette, Egg & Avo Mashed, Classic Florentine Egg or Egg Benedict, Salmon & Mushroom, Shakshouka with Corriander Harrisa, The Big Brekkie with Mini Steak and The Morning Greens, a delicious vegetarian menu.
The brunch set is pleasantly ended with sweet choices to opt from Mango Passion Smoothie Bowl, Coconut Chia Sed Pudding, Ricotta Fluffy Pancake or Classic French Toast. All the brunch menu will be served with either coffee or tea and one mocktail from the beverage menu.
