Made to be discovered and crafted for those seeking more than a familiar ritual, A Tale of Three Heritages comes to life at The Drawing Room, where the flavors of France, Korea, and Indonesia meet through a one-of-a-kind collaboration with Chef Eunjung Cho of Honeybee Seoul.



The experience begins with Chef Kevin Lee’s refined savory creations, inspired by his French roots and Indonesian influences, before unfolding into Chef Eunjung Cho’s delicate sweets, shaped by Korea’s celebrated café dessert culture. Together, they create a journey through flavors, where three culinary heritages are expressed in every bite.

Guests will journey through an intimate tasting of The Dalmore’s distinguished expressions, each revealing its own depth and nuance. Ranked No. 45 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, Native is known for its thoughtful use of local and regional ingredients, fermentation, and its fine balance between the familiar and the unexpected.
