To celebrate the joyous occasion of Ramadan, the Cantonese Restaurant T’ang Court, also presents a curated Ramadan Menu, featuring exquisite dishes such as steamed snow skin red bean dates dumpling, Roasted crispy Duck Caviar, Pan-fried Beef Steak with Casha sauce and truffle, Wok-fried Lobster with Buttermilk and curry leaf, Organic fried rice Top with Smoky honey Chicken and Chilled Mango Sagoo.
