From the 8th of March until April 2024 under the guidance of Chef Mohamed Atta and Chef Kamel Mohamed from The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo, and the culinary team of Asia Restaurant are joining forces to launch a collaboration that reflects the traditional essence of Egyptian cuisine, blending with Asia team’s culinary techniques and use of locally-sourced ingredients.
