The Masters of Food and Wine is part of Park Hyatt’s global event series. The program started in Carmel in 2003 to showcase the Park Hyatt brand’s passion for food and beverage. At their best, these events offer immersive culinary and beverage experiences that are a true differentiator for the Park Hyatt brand globally among competitors. The future of Masters of Food and Wine is focused on bringing the program back to its roots and providing a platform for talented culinary colleagues to share and celebrate their true passions with guests. The program offers a caliber of F&B programming that no other luxury hotel brand offers. The first-ever Masters of Food and Wine at Park Hyatt Jakarta will be a weekend with the masters—an extraordinary culinary experience that redefines excellence in Food and Beverage. This three-day event seamlessly combines the artistry of Master Chefs, Master Wines, Master Champagne, Master Chocolatier, luxury brands, and captivating entertainment, all under one roof. Throughout the weekend, the entire hotel will be transformed into a hub of culinary delights, hosting a series of culinary journeys, including a chocolate master class, champagne tastings, and immersive experiences that will delight your senses. This event not only embodies the essence of Park Hyatt's commitment to being Masters of Details but also offers our guests rare and intimate journeys filled with memorable experiences.

There will be Autumn in Japan Afternoon Tea With Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet from Park Hyatt Tokyo and Mr. Sebastien Papin, Asia-Pasific Director at Billecart Salmon.
