From September 1 to November 17, 2024, La Pâtisserie transforms into a vibrant mango garden for the Mango Delights Afternoon Tea. Every corner is adorned with stunning mango look-alike replicas crafted from chocolate and then sprayed with mango hue colours. At the same time, a lush mango tree graces one corner, creating an enchanting atmosphere.

The Mango Delights Afternoon Tea offers a playful twist with its unique mango-shaped paper menu, featuring an array of emojis that represent each delicacy. This creative approach adds a fun, modern touch to the experience, giving guests a preview of the exquisite treats they will enjoy.

The session begins with a refreshing welcome drink, a delightful blend of mango purée and chamomile tea. The drink is elegantly garnished with a spiced tuile resting atop the glass, setting the stage for a delicate texture.

The savoury session offers a tantalizing array of mango-inspired creations. The Mango Spicy Salad draws inspiration from rujak, with unripe mango, kyuri, and jicama wrapped in rice paper. The Prawn & Mango Gazpacho combines mango, kyuri, basil, and prawn for a refreshing twist. The Mango Crab Cannelloni features crab meat wrapped in a glistening mango gelatine, while the Foie Gras Terrine with Mango offers a unique blend of steamed foie gras, chocolate spray, and a touch of mango. Finally, the Mango Pumpkin Mille Feuille layers mango with creamy cheese for a rich, satisfying bite.

The Sweet session is just as irresistible as the savoury offerings. It begins with the Jasmine Mousse with Exotic Compote, a vibrant flower-shaped treat made from infused mango mousse, mango jelly, and chocolate caprese. The Mango Virgin Mojito, a signature at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, blends lime with mango mimosa and is topped with delicate mango caviar. The Mango and Ginger Lemongrass Bon Bon, shaped like a mini mango, offers a delightful fusion of mango, ginger, and lemongrass flavours with crispy pearls. Finally, the Pistachio and Mango Phyllo Tart combines phyllo pastry, pistachio feuilletine, and layers of mango jelly and cubes for a crisp and flavourful bite.

No afternoon tea is complete without scones, and Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta presents two exceptional varieties for this occasion: Matcha & Papaya Scones and Vanilla & Apple Scones. These scones elevate the experience with their unique flavors and textures, perfectly complemented by Awani’s exquisite mango jam.
