Chef Liam Nichols, a rising star in the culinary world, has gained widespread recognition for his innovative creations at STORE, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK. His debut at The Dining Room marks a new chapter, where guests can indulge in a unique blend of British tradition and modern flair.

Building on his triumphant debut earlier this year, The British Soirée Encore brings Chef Liam Nichols’ modern take on British cuisine back to The Dining Room. His carefully curated 5-course menu promises an extraordinary culinary journey, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients with the bold flavours and creativity that have earned him widespread acclaim. More than a repeat, this encore offers fresh creations tailored to elevate the dining experience. Chef Liam’s inventive approach, paired with the luxurious setting of The Dining Room, makes this the culinary event of the season.
