From October to December 2024, our talented team will refresh the menu weekly, playfully reimagining international favourites in our vibrant open kitchen, ensuring there’s always something new to savour.

27 October 2024: Sunday Brunch with Culinary Storyteller Ade Putri
Join us for a unique culinary experience with Ade Putri, a Culinary Storyteller who will curate a special brunch menu that includes delightful dishes such as Gohu Tuna, a refreshing tuna dish similar to ceviche, and Rawon Buntut, a rich beef tail soup from East Java. Enjoy Pepes Udang Kenari, steamed prawns wrapped in banana leaves, and Bebek Woku, a spicy smoked duck dish from North Sulawesi. Ade’s philosophy emphasises authentic experiences over personal preference, connecting with locals for genuine insights into their daily meals. With her deep understanding of Indonesian spices, she promises a brunch that takes you on a rich gastronomic journey.
10 November 2024: Jr. Sous Chef Dian from Raffles Jakarta
Dian is a homegrown expert in Indonesian cuisine, typically working in our banquet kitchen. However, for one special day, she will take over the Arts Cafe kitchen to showcase her exceptional Indonesian flavours. Prepare to indulge in the exquisite flavours of Sate Padang and Iga Bakar Konro. Delight in Ayam Betutu and Pindang Ikan Baramundi, experience the aromatic allure of Nasi Manado and Nasi Kuning at the rice stalls, and savour the comforting warmth of Cotto Makasar accompanied by homemade Buras at the soup stall. Join us in celebrating the unique talent of Raffles Jakarta.

Experience a unique festive celebration at Arts Café, featuring the culinary talents of Chef Mili Hendratno from Mil’s Kitchen. Known for his inventive takes on Indonesian cuisine, Chef Mili will craft a special brunch that includes spiced turkey satay, pumpkin rendang, and coconut-infused mashed potatoes, blending beloved flavours with a contemporary twist for a truly unforgettable holiday feast.
