Aside from being a place to enjoy coffee, a coffee shop also functions as a place to socialize. Especially in Bandung, where the coffee culture is quite strong because the term "coffee" is often associated with gathering.
Therefore, for us, a good coffee shop is a coffee shop that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides warmth when we visit.
Recently, we found Toko Kopi Pajeng fulfilling both aspects. When we first parked in front of the location, we could see a cozy old-style house. The dominant turquoise color on the walls also gives this building its own vibrant touch.
Toko Kopi Pajeng has two areas. First is the outdoor area in the front yard of the house. And then the indoor area is attached to the bar table that exudes a vintage grandma's house.
Incidentally that day we met one of the two owners, Rizqi and Bima. They greeted us warmly, and we chatted like old friends about the concept of the shop.
Toko Kopi Pajeng carries a slow bar coffee with vibes like visiting grandma's house. They want to highlight the atmosphere of visiting grandma's house which is polite, humble, and relaxed.
At Toko Kopi Pajeng, the only drink they offer is coffee with the espresso method and filters with various kinds of beans. For the food itself at this time they provide brownies and noodles which are all made limited.
Uniquely, from the moment we arrived until the menu was served, we felt like we were being entertained by a friend. We even asked the price at the end because it was so fun to talk. While here, we exchanged a lot of ideas and made new friends, it was really interesting!
