“L’amour de la mer” invites the guests to tantalize their palate with modern cuisine with French-American twists, where the culinary team has created tasting menu selections featuring Crispy Prawn Squid Ink Risotto and Thousand Islands Barramundi. Within the “Epicurean Serenade”, guests can find some aphrodisiac dishes like Butter Poached Oyster with Caviar and Clam Toast, continued with Glazed Beef Ribs, and followed by traditional, home-made Strawberry Shortcake which will definitely complete the gastronomical feast.
