AmCham Forum with KPK: Clean Business Conduct to Support Competitiveness

Dear AmCham Members and Friends,

We are pleased to invite you to attend an in-person morning forum with representatives from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 09:00 - 11:00 (GMT+7).

The KPK will be represented by Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan, alongside Director of Anti-Corruption in the Private Sector (AKBU) Aminudin and his team.

With its diminished status and power, the KPK has a lot on its plate to maintain corruption prevention and eradication in the country. Teaming up with the private sector is an effective strategy for the KPK to step up its battle against systemic corrupt practices in Indonesia. The agency needs to get its message out to the private sector for assistance and support.

In supporting the KPK’s efforts, AmCham Indonesia is holding a morning forum with KPK officials and the US business community to provide a platform of engagement between the two parties. Please attend to hear the recent corruption prevention strategies, how the US private sector can support the efforts and network with KPK officials in a relaxed and informal setting.

Please RSVP by the latest Tuesday, April 4, noon.

We are also opening the floor to pre-submitted questions, which can be sent to [email protected].
