‘Vietnamese Culinary Journey’ at The Westin Jakarta

In collaboration with Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, The Westin Jakarta brings in Chef Nguyen Ngoc Thinh to present authentic Vietnamese cuisine at Seasonal Tastes throughout the month of June 2025.

Available for dinner, Seasonal Tastes features a selection of Vietnamese dishes which are known for its fresh ingredients and balanced flavors, such as: Bánh Xèo, Vietnamese Pancake with Tiger Prawn; Phở Bò and Phở Gà or Vietnamese rice noodle soup with beef or chicken, Tôm Chiên Sốt Me or Deep Fried Tiger Prawn With Tamarind Sauce; Cơm Chiên Ghẹ Phú Quốc or Phu Quoc Wok-Fried Rice with Crab Meat; and desserts such as Chè Khúc Bạch or Almond Panna Cotta Lychee Sweet Soup; as well as Bánh Da Lợn or Steamed Vietnamese Layer Cake.

This special collaboration is available for reservations at IDR 588,000++ per person on weekdays and IDR 658,000++ per person on weekends.

Chef Nguyen Ngoc Thinh currently works as a Chef de Cuisine at Madame Son restaurant at Danang Marriott Resort & Spa. With over 10 years of experience in fine dining and bistro culinary, he is passionate about Vietnamese and Indochina heritage which inspires him to forge a distinctive cooking style that blends traditional elements with innovative twists.

Seasonal Tastes is an all-day dining that features 360-degree views of Jakarta and a diverse selection of seven different live cooking stations, drawing influences from Western, Indian and Asian cuisines.
