Rijsttafel Colonial Heritage Harris Puri Mansion Collaborates with ABC

Harris Puri Mansion is launching a special food menu for the month of Independence, titled “Rijsttafel Colonial Heritage Cuisine”, in collaboration with ABC Foodservice. This promotion highlights the Dutch-style family dining tradition known as “Rijsttafel” or “Rice Table”, featuring a variety of Indonesian dishes.

The menu offered in this promotion is the result of a creative collaboration between Harris Puri Mansion’s chefs and chefs from ABC Foodservice. Executive Chef Ben from Harris Puri Mansion presents three signature dishes for this promo: Rabeg Lambshank, Soup Jamur Candi Sewu, dan Woku Bakar Rahang Tuna. Meanwhile, Chef Dede and Chef Surya also bring their own specialties. Chef Dede offers Iga Sapi Selat Solo and Chicken Gelatin Dutch Potato Coconut Sauce, while Chef Surya serves Kolak Pisang Karamel, Caramelized Colenak, and Shaken Wedang Mango Coco.

The Rijsttafel Colonial Heritage Cuisine promotion is available at Harris Puri Mansion from August 15 to September 15, 2025, for dine-in and in-room service. Guests can enjoy the full menu in a set package priced at IDR 450,000, serving four people. The Rijsttafel menu is also available à la carte, with prices ranging from IDR 40,000 to IDR 175,000, featuring a selection of main courses, desserts, and beverages.
