After successfully attracting more than 14,000 visitors during Ramadan for the Iftar feast last year, in 2024 Harris Suites Puri Mansion is ready to once again satisfy the palates of culinary enthusiasts by launching more than 100 iftar menus that will be served alternately every day.
On this occasion, Harris Suites Puri Mansion invites media partners and foodies to come and taste various of highlighted Iftar menu. The event began with a opening speech from Mrs. Eva Rosdiana as the General Manager of Harris Suites Puri Mansion, followed by hotel tour, presentation about hotel facilities, and from Chef Banyamin as the Executive Chef of Harris Suites Puri Mansion. Chef Banyamin explained that this year's menu continues to focus on Indonesian culinary delights, so "Flavours of Ramadan - A Tasteful Nusantara Iftar" was chosen as this year's Iftar theme.
Several favorite menus from last year such as gultik, mie kangkung, and tongseng sapi will certainly be served again. In addition, there are many new menus that are equally interesting to enjoy, such as seblak, nasi kebuli, mie laksa, pecel ayam, and pecel lele.
