The celebration features three distinct programs across the hotel’s renowned dining venues, each capturing Jakarta’s past, present, and evolving flavors: Taste of Jakarta, Sips of Batavia, and the Jakarta Anniversary Brunch.

Sips of Batavia – Cocktail Journey Through Jakarta’s Past and Present

At The Lounge, Sips of Batavia offers a limited-edition cocktail experience that tells the story of Jakarta’s evolution — from its early days as Jayakarta, to the colonial charm of Batavia, and into the dynamic energy of modern-day Jakarta. Each handcrafted cocktail is thoughtfully paired with traditional Jakarta-style snacks to elevate the sensory experience.

Taste of Jakata - A Culinary Journey Through Batavia

Available every Saturday evening at Anigré Restaurant, Taste of Jakarta is a flavorful voyage through the city's iconic neighborhoods and timeless culinary traditions. Guests are invited to explore dishes inspired by the spice-laden harbors of Sunda Kelapa, the Chinese-Betawi fusion of Glodok, the street food of Old Batavia, and modern favorites from Blok M. Highlights include traditional seafood, unique fusion creations, and live food stations.

Jakarta Anniversary Brunch – Celebrating the Soul of the City

On Sunday, 22 June 2025, Anigré Restaurant presents the Jakarta Anniversary Brunch, a one-day-only celebration honoring the city's culinary identity and cultural traditions. The brunch features authentic Betawi entertainment, including live Keroncong music, and beloved street food experiences — from Kerak Telor served from traditional carts, to Telur Gulung trolleys and fresh Kue Rangi at live stations.
