At JIA, A Taste of Tradition Double-Boiled Soup presents a limited-time selection of nourishing double-boiled soups enriched with premium herbs, available from 1 to 31 May 2025. Highlights include Cordyceps Flower and Abalone with Black Chicken Soup at IDR 408,000++, Maca Herb with Pork Spare Soup at IDR 148,000++, Chuanxiong with Angelica Dahurica Fish Soup at IDR 128,000++, Tea Tree Mushroom with Duck Soup at IDR 128,000++, and Morel Mushroom Chinese Yam with Minced Pork at IDR 128,000++.

Rosso introduces Rome to Nusantara, an inventive culinary collaboration fusing Italian techniques with Indonesian ingredients. Available throughout May, the menu features unique creations such as Ravioli Beef Rendang, Risotto Uduk with Semur Beef Tongue, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Plecing Kangkung, Rigatoni Tempe Orek, Char-Grilled Salmon with Pistachio Herb Crust. Nishimura presents Harmony in a Bowl, a specially curated ramen-focused offering priced at IDR 200,000++. Each hearty bowl is served with a Mentaiko Salmon Roll and a refreshing side salad. Guests may choose from three flavourful ramen varieties to suit their preference: Prawn Ramen, Niku Ramen with U.S. Striploin, and Chicken Ramen.

Towards the end of the month, SATOO shines a spotlight on the bold and vibrant flavours of Western Indonesia with SATOO Cuisine of Sumatra, from 26 May to 1 June 2025. Crafted by Chefs Rizky and Obiet, the menu features regional delights such as Soto Padang, Seafood Bakar Ampera, Mie Aceh, Nasi Minyak, and Kambing Bakar Kari, along with a rich assortment of sambals and traditional sweets. This showcase is available for lunch at IDR 398,000++, dinner at IDR 554,000++, and Sunday Brunch at IDR 558,000++ per person.
