Season 4: The Colors of Spring

Park Hyatt Jakarta proudly presents the Omakase Afternoon Tea, an extraordinary culinary journey reimagining the traditional afternoon tea experience. Launched in October 2024, this exclusive offering invites guests to savor a five-course menu featuring up to 12 exquisite items, curated with precision by the hotel’s Pastry Chef Ali Saleh and his dedicated team.

A Curated Culinary Experience 
The Omakase Afternoon Tea is thoughtfully created to provide a personalized and memorable experience for our guests. Each course showcases Chef Ali’s culinary mastery, combining the finest local and international ingredients to highlight bold flavors and refined techniques. From sweet to savory delights, every bite is carefully prepared to surprise the palate and offer a fresh perspective on afternoon tea.
 

Season 4: The Colors of Spring, available from May 2025 onwards until June 2025 introduces a vibrant and refreshing interpretation of springtime. This edition features a five-course menu made up of 11 curated items, beginning with a delicate amuse-bouche, followed by warm savory selections such as Asparagus Flan and Seafood Vol-au-Vent. The Sweet Journey presents a variety of seasonal desserts, cherry with dark chocolate and tonka, strawberry with osmanthus and lime, coconut with lemongrass and kefir lime, and more, before concluding with small bites including Key Lime Pie and Apple Chamomile Tart. Each item is designed to highlight the brightness, color, and lightness of spring.
 

To ensure an intimate atmosphere, the Omakase Afternoon Tea is available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with two sessions offered each day between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Each session is limited to just six guests, ensuring personalized service and a truly focused dining experience.
 

This exclusive experience unfolds in The Patisserie, located within Conservatory on the lobby level of Park Hyatt Jakarta. Conservatory features four distinct areas, each offering its own ambiance and sweeping views of Jakarta’s iconic skyline. Whether for a special celebration or a peaceful afternoon with close company, The Patisserie offers the ideal backdrop for this one-of-a-kind tea experience.
