The delectable savory selections include caprese éclair, masaman crackers, beef bresaola beignets, egg toast and lobster mango. Meanwhile, the sweet delights consist of yuzu sphere, rouge vacherin, coffee canelle, Saint Honoré, chocolate gem, lavender and scones. After enjoying a refreshing palate cleanser, guests can indulge in the spectacle of a dessert trolley, which offers baba au rhum served directly at the tableside.
