Starting this June, the exclusive culinary event offers guests an opportunity to indulge in an extensive selection of specialized Indonesian cuisines, highlighting the rich heritage of Betawi cuisine.
This Brunch promises an unforgettable experience, immersing diners in the vibrant flavors and aromas of traditional Betawi delicacies with a particular focus on iconic dishes such as Ketoprak, Gado-Gado, Asinan, Ketupat Sayur and many other regional delights. From the robust flavors of spicy soto to the refreshing combination of fruits in rujak juhi, our talented team of Chefs promise a culinary journey that celebrates the uniqueness of Indonesian kitchens.
The Betawi Brunch at Seasonal Tastes will be available from June 1st to June 30th, 2023, every Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are highly recommended due to the limited seating capacity.
