Come to Arts Café for a Chef’s Table with a difference: A Friday night soirée featuring a creative menu of meat dishes and a good bottle of red wine. Skilfully guided by Chef Lukman Hakim, discover the wonderful depth to be found in combining various meat cuts with locally-sourced herbs and typical Indonesian flavours.
Savour some of the favourites and also off-the-menu creations from the open Show Kitchen, showcasing seasonal produce in a fun, gastronomic journey. A dedicated Chef's Table is a special treat exclusively available during the Butcher's Table. Feast on picanha steak, prime striploin bone-in, tenderloin, seven-day dry-aged Koji ribeye, wagyu beef sliders and Mulwarra lamb chop from the Live Stall.

Butcher's Table carries 3 dinner themes, available in rotation every few months. We are showcasing the Wagyu concept, a favourite of our Butcher Table's patron.
